Another fun filled division retreat at Dr. Nolan’s “barn” in Fairmont. We always start our retreats with a tasty (i.e., greasy) breakfast at the Pokey Dot. After a creative start with play dough and silly putty (the moon sand was really a bad idea, do not buy this for your children), the faculty engaged in constructive discussions on teaching and learning philosophies, our roles as educators, and modifications to our undergraduate curriculum.
