Terms of Use

SkyAlbum allows users to access, share and view their created slideshow under the following conditions.

• By clicking on the "I Agree" button below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this entire Agreement and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
• SkyAlbum is only for uploading and testing those slideshows which are created by Flash Slideshow Maker exclusively.
• SkyAlbum is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your slideshow, even if it's a slideshow of yourself, don't post it on SkyAlbum.
• Don't post slideshows showing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse or bomb making.
• Real violence is not allowed. If your slideshows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
• SkyAlbum is not a shock site. Don't post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies and stuff like that. This includes war footage if it's intended to shock or disgust.
• Respect copyright. Only upload slideshows that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don't upload slideshows you didn't make, or use content in your slideshows that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or slideshows made by other users, without their permission.
• Currently, the SkyAlbum is free of charge, but we reserve the right to charge in the future.
• SocuSoft reserves the right to change the terms of service and this Agreement at any time and for any reason, at the sole discretion of SocuSoft.
